Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is not required but helpful.
• Knowledge of Urban Outfitters brand and appeal to local market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Engage customers during peak hours to enhance the VIBE in-store.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Assist in training and development of peers and participate in department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tills, shipments, fitting rooms, and stockroom processes.
• Support merchandising and display to keep floor well stocked and ticketed.
