Job summary

Bard Group seeks a Creative Producer to run projects across clients, focusing on social and video content that drives growth. You will own projects from concept through delivery, managing pre-production, shoots, and post-production while keeping timelines honest.

You'll work at the center of our content studio and social teams, translating client growth goals into platform-native content produced to a high standard and delivered on time. This role offers hybrid working from our Fitzrovia office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years producing video and social content in an agency, studio or in-house team.
• Experience taking projects from ideation through post-production, not just one stage.
• Fluency in social-first content across TikTok, Reels, YouTube and X.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and creative development with clients and internal teams, turning briefs into concepts that serve growth.
• Own pre-production end-to-end: treatments, scripts, budgets, schedules, casting, locations, crew, and kit.
• Produce shoots of varying scale, from run-and-gun social to multi-camera studio productions.
• Manage post-production: briefing editors, reviewing cuts, and driving deliverables to final across formats and platforms.
