elasticStage Ltd in Kings Cross, London, is seeking a Creative Producer to turn ideas from our Paid Social, Organic Social, and CRM teams into finished videos, ads and social content.

The role combines hands-on production and management: sometimes you’ll film and edit, other times you’ll brief artists and external creators. We value quality, speed and consistency over doing every piece yourself.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form social, paid social or video-first content.
• Strong creative instincts: turn a loose idea into an engaging concept, hook and script.
• Confident filming and editing quickly in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar.
• Comfortable presenting on camera.
• Experience briefing and managing external creators or freelancers.
• Highly organised across multiple briefs, creators and deadlines.
• Understanding of paid and organic social, and the difference between content that grabs attention and content that drives action.
• A genuine interest in music and independent artists.
• A bias towards getting things made.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce short-form content for social channels.
• Turn ideas from Paid/Organic Social and CRM into finished videos and ads.
• Lead production from concept to final edits and delivery.
• Coordinate with paid media agency and internal teams on channel strategy.
