Job summary

The Wonder of Wellbeing Gower is seeking a Creative Practitioner to join the project. You will work with the established Creative Practitioner to design and deliver engaging wellbeing events, activities, and services across the Gower while aligning with the project’s vision.

You will develop resources for spiritual growth relating to wellbeing, nature and the outdoors, and collaborate with volunteers to meet the ministry’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the project’s wellbeing events and services, creating tailored sessions for user groups through partnership development.
• To design and deliver the Prayerful Practice events and services of the project.
• To create resources for spiritual growth relating to wellbeing, nature and the outdoors.
• Ensure that resources and staffing are in place to meet the need of the project sessions.
• Provide a safe environment for all staff, volunteers and service users in the project wellbeing sessions.
• Assist with the development of the project’s online community.
• Provide all data and feedback to enable reporting on the project to stakeholders.
