Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a stunning, recently refurbished fine dining hotel near Kelso to recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie. You will join a dedicated pastry team, delivering high-quality, innovative pastry items under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef.
The role offers GBP15 per hour plus tips, paid overtime and live-in accommodation, with meals on shift and staff discounts. This is a climb into a modern, luxury operation with a strong focus on kitchen craftsmanship and work-life
Qualifications
- Some good prior experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the pastry operation and day-to-day production of pastry items.
- Support stock control, prep schedules and budget considerations.
- Work closely with Head Pastry Chef to ensure high quality and consistency.
