Job summary

Monsoon is seeking a brilliantly organised Creative Operations Administrator to join our Creative Operations team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. You’ll help keep our visual merchandising projects running smoothly, ensuring creative assets, windows and displays reach our UK & international stores accurately, on time and looking their best.

This could be a fantastic first step for someone with visual merchandising experience, a great eye for detail and a love of clear, timely communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Work OS and Trello.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising, window and display databases with accurate information.
• Support creation and management of design briefs and asset sharing.
• Act as a key point of contact for stores, coordinating seasonal windows and POS across UK and international locations.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centre on signage arrival for onward shipping.
• Upload information to the international communications tool.
• Provide administrative support with budget management and queries.
