Position

Creative Marketing Manager

Location: Worthing, West Sussex – Hybrid

Contract: 6-month, temporary

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (pro rata)

Our marketing team plays a pivotal role in raising awareness and engaging target audiences through compelling campaigns. We’re seeking a passionate, highly creative, and experienced Creative Marketing Manager to lead the development of high-impact, audience-centric creative assets, collaborating across departments to ensure campaigns are visually engaging, strategically aligned, and results-driven.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative development for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and objectives.
  • Create compelling visual and written content for multiple channels.
  • Maintain a creative roadmap supporting marketing goals.

Creative production & project management

  • Produce creative assets, brief designers, oversee timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Maintain a library of templates and brand resources.
  • Manage photographic assets and oversee photoshoot execution.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet brand, legal, and regulatory standards.

Brand governance

  • Develop and evolve brand strategy; ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work with Growth Marketing Managers to align creative with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams for timely visual asset creation.

Audience engagement

  • Use insights and data to inform creative decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Innovate with new formats and storytelling techniques.
  • Test and iterate based on feedback and analytics.

Stakeholder & agency management

  • Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers.
  • Lead workshops and present concepts to senior stakeholders.

Mentorship & training

  • Mentor team members on brand and design practices.
  • Foster a creative, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in similar B2C/B2B roles.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
