Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a creative Virtual Assistant to support several fast-growing brands on a part-time basis. The role combines content creation for social media, light website updates, and lead generation tasks, with flexible hours and remote work.

You will collaborate with multiple brands and help grow their presence through Canva-based visuals, video editing, and targeted outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Basic video editing with CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create Instagram and LinkedIn carousel posts using Canva templates.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Create graphic assets for social media campaigns.
• Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
• Assist with community management as needed.
• Produce weekly social media performance reports with key insights and recommendations using AI tools.
• Research prospective consulting clients within beauty, consumer goods, food, parenting, and lifestyle sectors.
• Identify podcast, keynote speaking, and partnership opportunities.
• Research entrepreneur awards, grants, and funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using Google Sheets.
• Send personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email on behalf of the founder.
• Follow up with prospects using provided messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling for qualified leads.
• Update website copy and product pages.
• Upload new products, images, and assets.
• Build and update landing pages when required.
• Maintain website content to ensure it remains current and engaging.
• Create Meta ad creatives using existing Canva templates.
• Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and management.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Prepare visual assets for paid advertising campaigns.
