Zohorecruit is seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to grow its online presence across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok through authentic, human-first interactions.

You will create and publish content, launch simple campaigns, monitor brand mentions, respond to comments, schedule posts, track analytics, and help generate qualified leads while collaborating via Slack. This is a remote UK-hours role with a focus on genuine engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Reddit marketing and community engagement.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing.
• Familiarity with social media analytics.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Able to create authentic, human-written content.
• Comfortable interacting with online communities.

Responsabilités

• Create and publish social media content across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Launch and manage simple promotional campaigns.
• Monitor brand mentions and community discussions.
• Engage with users by commenting on relevant discussions and recommending company services where appropriate.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Schedule monthly content using social media scheduling platforms.
• Track social media analytics and campaign performance.
• Generate qualified leads through social media engagement.
• Collaborate with internal team members through Slack.
• Attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings.
