Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and highly organized Influencer Outreach Virtual Assistant to support our brand campaigns. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managing outreach efforts, and ensuring the smooth execution of promotional activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, social media savvy, and a keen understanding of brand marketing strategies.

As an Influencer Outreach Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing and social media teams to identify potential influencers, coordinate collaborations, track campaign performance, and contribute to increasing our brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential influencers aligned with brand goals.

• Reach out to influencers via email, social media, and other communication channels to establish partnerships.

• Manage influencer relationships, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.

• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.

• Maintain an organized database of influencers, communications, and campaign outcomes.

• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to support campaign strategy and execution.

• Prepare regular reports on influencer engagement and campaign results.

• Assist with content approvals, contracts, and other administrative tasks related to influencer campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer trends.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Experience with email outreach tools, CRM systems, or project management software.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, virtual assistance, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in remote work environments and managing online communications is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours with a standard expectation of 20–30 hours per week.
