Job summary

Newcastle College is seeking a dynamic Work Experience Coordinator for Digital Technologies to develop meaningful industry placements and work-based learning aligned with curriculum content and industry standards.

You will build strong relationships with employers, support students through sourcing, preparation and reflection, and ensure placements meet safeguarding and compliance requirements while collaborating with curriculum teams to raise standards across the Creative Industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in building industry relationships to source placements.
• Ability to support students through sourcing, preparation and reflection.
• Awareness of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong industry relationships for work placements.
