Job summary

Leeds College of Building is seeking a Construction Placement Coordinator to identify and secure industry placements for students, including T-Level placements. You will liaise with employers and learners and ensure compliance with funding and safeguarding requirements.

You will work with internal teams to match placements to placement-ready learners, building strong employer relationships to secure opportunities and deliver high-quality placement experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry or placement coordination is desirable.
• Experience working with employers and learners is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure industry placement opportunities for students (full-time and T-Level).
• Match learners to employers and act as primary contact for employer and learner-facing communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure placements are matched to placement-ready learners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to support ongoing placements.
