Access Industry in the United Kingdom is seeking an Apprenticeship Industry Trainer to empower learners across the UK, blending online delivery with workplace visits and masterclasses to develop real-world knowledge, skills and behaviours. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, guiding them from day one to EPA, while fostering strong employer partnerships and ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Industry insight in Creative, Cultural, Events, or related sectors.
• Proven coaching, teaching, mentoring, or assessing learners to help them reach their potential.
• Ownership and drive to ensure quality, retention and EPA completion.
• Adaptability to deliver virtually and travel regionally/nationally for visits.

Responsabilités

• Deliver High-Impact Coaching: train and mentor apprentices across our programmes.
• Broaden Your Scope: support apprenticeship coaching across wider provisions.
• Drive Learner Success: manage progress, engagement, retention and EPA achievement with tailored support.
• Blended Delivery: online learning with workplace visits, live observations and workshops.
• Build Employer Partnerships: foster relationships with learners and employers to align with workplace needs.
