Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Graphic & Content Executive in Leeds. You will create engaging graphics for digital and print, develop promotional materials, and contribute to social media and video content. The role offers hands-on opportunities across photography, editing and campaigns within a collaborative team.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and learn across marketing disciplines while expanding your creative portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and design ability.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Understanding of digital photography principles.
• Strong typography, layout and colour fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Analytical skills to turn data into commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print use.
• Design flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Produce content that aligns with the company's branding and visual identity.
• Support the creation of marketing materials for online and offline campaigns.
• Take and edit product photography for use in print, on websites and social media channels.
• Create and develop content creation for social media platforms.
• Support video content projects, including filming and editing where required.
• Adapt creative content for different platforms and formats.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop creative ideas and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with design, marketing and social media trends.
• Manage tasks and projects to agreed deadlines.
