Job summary

JH Recruitment & Consultancy is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive in Leeds. The role is initially fully onsite in LS15 with a path to hybrid working as you settle in.

You will own a broad range of digital marketing activities, focusing on content creation, video, social media and lead generation to drive engagement and commercial growth. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and teams to craft content that strengthens the brand, showcases customer stories and supports

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and content creation is essential.
• Hands-on content creation from concept to delivery; confident filming, editing and producing video for digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media management and content planning.
• Experience delivering email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of how digital marketing supports lead generation and wider business objectives.
• Confident using performance data to improve marketing activity.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit high-quality video content including interviews and customer stories.
• Create written and visual content for LinkedIn, YouTube, email, the website and campaigns.
• Manage organic and paid LinkedIn activity after handover.
• Plan and maintain the content calendar.
• Develop email campaigns, automated journeys and lead-nurture activities.
• Support targeted marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Produce brochures, case studies and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with customers to create testimonials and customer-led content.
• Support promotion and follow-up of company events.
• Coordinate marketing activity with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.
• Identify new content opportunities and contribute to marketing strategy.
