Job summary

Teach Plus is recruiting a passionate Nursery Teacher for a January 2027 start at a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This part-time role involves teaching within a Nursery class two days per week, fostering a nurturing, inclusive setting that supports early communication and social development.

You will work with a supportive team to plan engaging activities, assess children’s progress, and promote the EYFS curriculum in a collaborative, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience as Nursery Teacher in a school or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences in EYFS.
• Share classroom responsibilities within the Nursery with colleagues.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress to inform planning.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Contribute to EYFS curriculum delivery and school readiness.
