Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Senior Event Programming Manager to lead the development and delivery of a dynamic programme of ticketed events at Fulham Pier, London.

You will curate diverse events spanning culture, music, comedy, wellness, family, community, arts, learning and live entertainment. You will partner with the Fulham Pier team and external partners to ensure events align with commercial objectives, drive attendance and enhance visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in creating and delivering creative event programmes.
• Experience in commercial events, culture or venue settings.
• Strong knowledge of London events market and audience trends.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, margins and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the venue’s overall creative programming strategy for ticketed events.
• Curate a diverse calendar of events including live performances, cultural events, immersive experiences, talks, workshops and brand activations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate colleagues to perform at their best.
• Maintain strong relationships with Fulham Pier’s programming team and external partners; review successes and set targets.
• Deliver programming that drives revenue, ticket sales and attendance targets; maximise event performance with marketing and partnerships teams.
• Negotiate fees, contracts and commercial terms with artists, promoters and suppliers; manage budgets and profitability.
• Produce monthly revenue forecasts and identify risks and opportunities to budget performance.
