The Columbo Group, renowned for Jazz Cafe and other iconic venues, seeks a Head of Live Programming for The Rex in East London. You will own the diary of ticketed events from first enquiry to show day, shaping a vibrant programme and building strong promoter relationships from day one.

This senior role requires a proven network in live events, proactive deal-making, and the ability to balance formats to meet revenue targets while collaborating with Columbo Music and the CEO.

Formación

• Industry experience in live events, ideally in bookings, programming or agency relationships across music and other live formats.
• Good network of agents, promoters and managers and the ability to build new relationships from scratch.
• Proactive approach with initiative to start conversations and secure booked dates.

Responsabilidades

• Own every ticketed event at The Rex across music, comedy and other formats from enquiry to show day.
• Maintain holds, confirmations, cancellations and changes with agents to keep the diary accurate.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on technical specs, staffing and deliverability of shows.
• Brief Marketing on confirmed shows to maximise lead time and visibility.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with promoters and agencies for a steady pipeline.
