Sodexo Live! at Fulham Pier, London, seeks a Senior Event Programming Manager (9m FTC maternity cover) to lead and curate a dynamic programme of ticketed events spanning culture, music, wellness and more. You will drive audience growth, enhance visitor experience and deliver strong commercial performance.

You’ll collaborate with the Fulham Pier team and external partners to maximise outcomes, explore revenue opportunities and manage budgets across event categories.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering creative event programmes.
• Experience in commercial events or venue environments.
• Strong knowledge of London events market and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, margins, revenue targets and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the venue’s overall creative programming strategy for ticketed events.
• Curate a diverse calendar of events including live performances, cultural events, immersive experiences, talks, workshops, and brand activations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate colleagues to perform at their best.
• Maintain strong relationships with Fulham Pier programming team and stakeholders.
• Deliver programming that drives revenue, ticket sales and attendance targets.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and partnerships teams to maximise performance.
• Negotiate fees, contracts and commercial terms with artists, promoters and suppliers.
• Produce revenue, profit and contribution targets across all event categories.
• Maximise revenue through pricing, yield, and venue management tools.
