Thrive Childcare and Education in Chester is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join Thrive Cotton Lane. You will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery environment, delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.

The role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with a salary of £14.00 per hour (Level 3) and a benefits package that recognises commitment and supports career development within a friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience as an Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Cotton Lane, Chester. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.
