Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline, preferably with approximately 10+ years in the Design sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high quality creative production across print and digital channels.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and deliver strategic, client focused creative solutions.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing a pipeline of studio work.
• Align creative output with organisational objectives, brand strategy, and communication priorities.
• Provide expert creative consultation, industry insight, and technical leadership to drive innovation and excellence.
• Manage complex projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality, accessibility, brand compliance, and on-time execution.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining robust quality control and workflow processes.
• Support operational excellence through effective studio governance, resource management, and accurate recording of billable work.
