Job summary

Bartley Portrait Studios, based in the United Kingdom, seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Retoucher to join our studio team. The role requires previous commercial retouching experience and offers £26,500 per year for a 40-hour week, with an additional potential £2,500 pa as bonuses.

This is a studio-based position (no remote applications please) for 5 days per week, Tuesday to Friday (including one later shift until 7.30pm) along with one weekend day per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent in PC/IT operations with proven Photoshop manipulation skills.
• Photography or Design education background preferred.
• Strong understanding of colour correction and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Complete responsibility for retouching/manipulation/design work/resizing/ colour balance of all client images.
• Uploading images for print and ordering required frames from the lab.
• Quality control of products delivered, ensuring accuracy and high standards.
• Ensure turnaround time in retouch and production meets customer guidelines.
• Participate in other areas of the business such as meeting clients and answering calls.
