Job summary

WPP Media, the AI-driven media operating unit of WPP, is seeking an Account Manager to join the Client Leadership team for No7 Beauty Company & Boots Opticians. You will oversee day-to-day client management, guide strategy, and ensure timely execution across on/offline campaigns.

You will lead a small team, distill briefs with the SAD and BD, and drive growth through insightful planning and strong collaboration with agencies and internal partners in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client services, media planning or investment role.
• Ability to distill client briefs and translate into effective strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills across channels.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for day-to-day client business, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Distil client briefs with SAD and BD to develop effective strategies.
• Lead with strong communication and organisation across on/offline channels.
• Oversee development of junior team members and guide day-to-day activities.
• Drive client performance and become a true extension of their team.
