Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Fostering a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
