Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, promoting a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a strong team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
