We Are Refyne Ltd is seeking a Creative Content Lead to own both creation and editing of video, photography and motion content. You will work with the Creative, Social and Growth teams to tell the brand story and build a steady pipeline of creative assets for tests and scale.

The role requires 5+ years as a content maker, a strong social portfolio, and advanced editing and motion design skills. London-based with rights to work in the UK and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as content creator, videographer or editor, in-house or agency.
• Strong social-first portfolio including food and drinks work.
• Confident camera, lighting, composition and audio on pro kit or mobile.
• Advanced editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; CapCut for quick edits.
• Motion design and animation in After Effects or similar.
• Experience with fast-growing DTC or challenger brand and paid social data.
• London-based with rights to work in UK and travel flexibility.
• CV and portfolio/showreel with a social-first project.

Responsabilités

• Edit clips, brand films, with color, sound, captions and subtitles.
• Create motion graphics and 2D animation to explain benefits and stories.
• Produce platform-native content and UGC, spotting trends and moments.
• Partner with Growth on paid social creative; develop hooks and edits.
• Use performance insights to refine formats and scale successful pieces.
• Manage workload, deadlines, and care for camera, lighting and audio kit.

The Opportunity

The Creative Content Lead is a hands on role for a true content maker: creator, videographer and editor in one. Working within the Creative team, you'll turn briefs and ideas into finished video, photography and motion content across organic and paid channels, working closely with the Social and Growth teams to tell the brand's story and give Growth a steady pipeline of creative to test and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, shot lists and visual references with the Creative team
• Shoot video and photography across studio, location, event and lifestyle settings, using both professional kit and mobile
• Capture product, food and drink, lifestyle and partnership content, guiding people on camera to get the best out of them
• Edit everything from fast turnaround social clips and short hooks to longer brand films, including colour grading, sound, captions and subtitles
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography and 2D animation that bring product benefits and brand stories to life
• Produce platform native content, UGC style content and polished brand assets, spotting trends and cultural moments
• Partner with Growth on paid social creative, developing hooks, edits and variations for testing
• Use performance insights to refine content and build on the formats that work
• Manage your own workload and deadlines, and look after camera, lighting and audio kit

Ideal Background

• 5+ years' experience as a content creator, videographer or editor, in house or agency side
• A strong social first portfolio, including food and drink work alongside other relevant sectors
• Confident camera, lighting, composition and audio skills on both professional kit and mobile
• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus CapCut for quick social edits
• Motion design and animation skills in After Effects or similar
• Experience with a fast growing DTC or challenger brand and paid social content informed by performance data is a plus
• London based, with the right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel
• Applicants should include a CV and a portfolio or showreel with at least one social first project
