Job summary

Sweyne Park School is seeking a Communications & Reprographics Coordinator to deliver reprographics services and lead on Trust-wide communications, website management and branding. The role supports the secondary school’s reprographics needs and drives consistent professional materials across the Trust.

The post requires strong graphic design, marketing and organisational skills, with experience across print and digital media. Part-time, term-time hours apply, with pro rata remuneration.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or Reprographics.
• Experience using professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Experience creating print and digital materials.
• Experience maintaining brand across多 channels and publications.

Responsibilities

• Provide reprographics services including photocopying, printing, laminating and binding.
• Maintain and update Trust and school websites with current content.
• Design high-quality marketing materials and ensure consistency with branding.
• Create and manage branded templates and documentation for internal and external use.
