Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) is offering an undergraduate placement in Corporate Communications based in Milton Keynes. The role operates on a hybrid policy with in-office days and a 60-minute commuting consideration for MK15 8HG.

You will support internal communications from newsletters to intranet content, plan content timelines, and create engaging communications for colleagues. Entry requires an undergraduate degree with a placement year and strong writing and video editing skills.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate studying for a degree with a placement year.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Creative with video editing using Adobe or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications across intranet, screens and events.
• Maintain communications plans for content delivery.
• Create and distribute internal news articles and video content.
• Support logistics for internal events and meetings.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify messages for colleagues.
• Monitor analytics and propose improvements.
• Assist external comms like LinkedIn planning and press reviews.
• Produce and share the weekly colleague e-newsletter.
