Job summary

Apex Hotels in Dunblane is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will join a dedicated kitchen team, bring passion for food, and maintain company standards while supporting management with stock control and safety practices.

You will work collaboratively, multi-task efficiently, and demonstrate attention to detail to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Commis Chef or Demi Chef De Partie level is essential.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is essential.
• Can deliver excellent standards
• Uses initiative
• Is self-aware and able to evaluate their own work
• Has a customer service attitude
• Has the ability to multi-task and organise a variable work load
• Provides excellent attention to detail
