Job summary

The Carnarvon Arms is an up-and-coming Pub, Restaurant & Hotel. Located next to Highclere castle, we stay busy and pride ourselves on welcoming guests with great food and service.

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality, works well in a team, and is eager to contribute creative dishes for our menus and daily specials. This role offers development and a friendly kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef seeking progression.
• Demonstrated passion to deliver quality fresh food.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Show planning and organisational skills to control GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
