Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking Creative Arts Assistants to support local secondary schools as Cover Supervisors. Applicants with a background in art, drama or music can inspire learning and help bring lessons to life in a flexible, engaging role.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication with young people, solid classroom management, and a proactive approach to adapting to different school environments. Prior school experience is welcome but not essential, depending on suitability.

Qualifications

• Experience, qualifications or strong interest in art, drama, music or other creative disciplines.
• Confidence communicating with and engaging young people.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills, or a willingness to develop these.

Do you have a passion for art, drama or music? Are you enthusiastic, creative and keen to inspire young people? We are looking for talented and motivated Creative Arts Assistants to support local secondary schools by working as Cover Supervisors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for people with a background or experience in the creative arts who want to make a positive difference in students' learning and help bring lessons to life.

The Role

As a Creative Arts Assistant and Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes of secondary school students during teacher absences.
• Support students with classroom activities across a range of subjects, with opportunities to draw on your creative skills.

Who We're Looking For
