Protocol Education is currently working with various SEN/SEMH schools across Swindon, seeking candidates with a strong background in Creative Arts.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting students with diverse special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with classroom learning and behaviour management.
• Bringing calmness, confidence, and compassion to classrooms throughout the school week.
• Using your arts, sensory, therapy, or drama background to support SEND pupils emotionally and educationally, fostering engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences.

Skills and Qualifications: Arts degree/background, sensory or therapy qualifications, drama background, SEND experience.

Candidate Qualities:

• Believes all students can make outstanding progress regardless of background or needs.
• Is rigorous, creative, inspiring, and a strong leader.
• Utilizes diverse teaching methods to deliver engaging lessons and CPD sessions.
