Barchester care home in Alcester is seeking an Activities Assistant for 16 hours per week, 10am–4pm, with rotating weekends, to deliver engaging activities for residents and enhance their enjoyment and wellbeing.

No prior experience is required; a sense of fun, creativity and empathy are essential. You’ll help residents pursue interests and connect with family and community, while training courses build your confidence and skills.

Qualifications
