• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and friends to understand what they enjoy.
• Involve local community with visits, outings, and guests.
• Collaborate with the care team to weave activities into daily life.
• Complete administration to keep records up to date.
• Help produce visuals for marketing showing the team’s work.
