Colten Care in Ferndown, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Activities Team Leader to guide a team delivering engaging resident activities at Fernhill. You will supervise coordinators, plan schedules and oversee budgets to keep residents active and connected.

You will champion wellbeing, organise group events and ensure safe, enjoyable experiences for all residents, with opportunities for career progression within Colten Care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading activity teams in care settings.
• Ability to manage rotas and budgets.
