Job summary

Colten Care in Ferndown is seeking an experienced Activities Team Leader to join our home and lead a team of Activity Coordinators in delivering engaging activities that enhance residents' wellbeing. You will coordinate a calendar of events and support a positive, lively atmosphere in the home.

You’ll manage rotas, allocate workloads, oversee the team budget and resident records, and assist with fundraising and themed events. Alternate weekends and varying shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Activity Coordinators.
• Managing rotas, work allocation, team budget and resident records.
• Support fundraising, galas and themed care home events.
• Creativity, energy and enthusiasm to engage and entertain residents.
• Excellent communication, reliability and teamwork.
