Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group in Eye, Suffolk is seeking an Activities Coordinator to create engaging daily programmes for residents, drawing on arts, theatre, music, hospitality and events to boost wellbeing.

You'll work with residents, families and staff to plan, implement and adapt activities that promote socialisation, happiness and harmony within the home. Relevant experience in care or hospitality is valued, with a formal qualification in leisure or events an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in arts, theatre, music, hospitality or event hosting.
• Ability to lead group activities and manage volunteers.
• Empathy for elderly and disabled residents.
• Flexible and adaptable to schedules.
• Qualification in leisure, lifestyle, hospitality or event management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily activities for residents.
