Job description

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience of working in a busy creative studio or agency. Working across the full marketing mix, you will have managed multiple projects across digital, print, and/or packaging. This is a fast-paced role working within a small but evolving Account Management team. We are looking to bring in someone with a real self-starter mentality, who is ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of their projects from day one.

You will manage and oversee project requests from brief to launch, manage workflow streams, scheduling, and resource management within our creative agency for Shark/Ninja. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

The AM will develop relationships and build a rapport with the IMC Team, Category Managers, and Product Development teams, to gain a wider understanding of their accounts and/or product categories.

What You'll Do:

The AM will take full ownership of all delegated projects and manage the following:

Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Point of contact for initial briefing response
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met for projects via Wrike.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, balancing workloads across creative and production teams, ensuring key stakeholders are kept up to date through the critical path of a project.
  • Proactively ‘spotting the smoke’ on bottlenecks and adjust schedules accordingly.
Workflow & Process Management:
  • Implement and refine Wrike processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure proper briefing procedures and documentation are followed.
  • Liaise between teams to keep projects running smoothly and on track.
  • End to End project management
  • Act as Brand Guardian at all times
Resource Management:
  • Manage internal team capacity and identify the need for freelance or outsourced support where needed.
  • Work closely with department leads and account management team to ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects.
External Vendor Management (We are Amnet - WAA):
  • Assist the Account Management and Creative Assets Team with project delivery/hand-off to WAA
  • Support in scheduling project amends and updates during the project life cycle
  • Help to develop a solid working relationship between the internal and external team
  • Act as the central point of contact for all project timelines and deliverables.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and kick off/status meetings.
Quality & Deadline Management:
  • Ensure work is delivered on time to Brand Guidelines and meets agency and client expectations.
  • Monitor project scope and flag any potential overages or roadblocks early.
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in traffic, project management, or operations within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, including design, copy, and production.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Workfront, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
