WSFS Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage a growing CRE relationship portfolio. You will apply underwriting expertise, monitor credit quality, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and support financing needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in CRE banking, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with banking systems and Excel. Travel within the footprint may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of CRE banking experience with underwriting and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan products and credit administration.
• Proficiency with banking systems and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership to support credit administration and portfolio management for CRE relationships.
• Review loan structures to ensure compliance with policy and risk standards.
• Analyze financial statements and borrower creditworthiness for renewals and modifications.
• Serve as liaison to clients to understand their financing needs and operations.
• Manage daily servicing of loan and deposit accounts within bank systems.
• Conduct site visits to assess collateral and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.
