Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to support our Private Wealth Management division. You will manage high-net-worth relationships and oversee selling and servicing of credit, deposits, and wealth services.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial lending, private banking, or wealth management, with Series 6/7 licenses preferred. Travel within the bank’s footprint is expected. Strong communication and client service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field; CFP, CTFA, MBA, JD preferred.
• Series 6 or 7 licenses highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending, private banking, or wealth management experience.
• Knowledge of financial, investment, fiduciary concepts; strong knowledge of loan and deposit products.
• Must be able to travel within the Bank’s footprint to branches and wealth locations.
• Results-oriented with sales aptitude and ability to meet goals.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; listening and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Attend to private banking and wealth management clients seeking consumer and commercial loans and deposit products.
• Serve as liaison to internal partners and external centers of influence for wealth management services.
• Call on prospective clients, including professionals, to develop relationships and promote services.
• Interview customers to assess needs and determine loan terms within lending limits.
• Co-Advisor with in-house Investment Advisors for money management services.
• Stay informed on regulatory/economic trends and participate in community functions; expand knowledge.
