Hobbycraft in Swindon is seeking a Customer Advisor to support store operations and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience. You will work with the Store Management Team to embody the Hobbycraft brand values and help run daily tasks across the shop floor.

The role involves handling till transactions, stock replenishment and assisting customers with craft knowledge. A passion for craft and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail (or similar) experience is desirable.
• A confident communicator who can deliver outstanding customer service.
• A passion for craft.
• Selling skills are advantageous.
• Stock replenishment.

• Brand ambassador – you will be passionate about the Hobbycraft brand and embrace change positively.

• Cash Handling – operate tills and handle payments accurately.

• Stock Control – minimize stock loss and ensure tagging processes are followed.
