Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality is seeking a skilled bartender to be the face of our bar, crafting classic cocktails and innovative drinks while delivering a warm, welcoming experience for guests.

You will handle orders, suggest pairings, upsell items, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with high standards of hygiene and service. Join a dynamic hospitality group known for its diverse venues and guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced settings.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits and craft beers preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining service quality.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide menus, and guide to tables.
• Record beverage orders accurately and note dietary requirements.
• Suggest pairings and upsell to drive sales.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages per recipes and guest prefs.
• Manage payments and till procedures with accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
