The role requires experience in fast-paced hospitality, deep knowledge of drinks, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender in fast-paced venues preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and craft beers, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take and record beverage orders, upsell and suggest pairings.
• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes; garnish and present drinks.
• Maintain hygiene, stock, and equipment; handle payments and closing procedures.
• Monitor licensing compliance and verify IDs; refuse service when needed.
• Collaborate with teams across bar outlets and participate in staff development.
