Delmonicas Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to craft classic cocktails and signature creations in a warm, welcoming bar environment. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell drinks, maintain beverage knowledge, ensure accurate payments, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while supporting inventory and daily operations.

• Experience in fast-paced bar/restaurant hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests, take menus, and guide to tables.
• Record beverage orders accurately noting dietary needs.
• Suggest drinks and pairings to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages per recipes.
• Ensure payments are processed and till procedures followed.
