Scotsman Group is seeking an experienced bartender to craft classic cocktails and innovative drinks while delivering a warm, welcoming environment. You will manage orders, upsell, and ensure guests have an outstanding experience.

Join a dynamic team with strong beverage knowledge requirements and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Competenze

• Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced bar/restaurant or hospitality setting.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and craft beers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests warmly, provide menus, and guide them to their tables.
• Accurately record beverage orders and note dietary requirements or special requests.
• Possess strong beverage knowledge to suggest pairings and upsell items.
• Check on tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly.
