Brook Street is recruiting for a CQC Registered Manager to lead a newly established residential service in Wolverhampton. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will drive quality, compliance, staff development and service improvement while building strong partnerships with residents, families and professionals. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or similar in Learning Disabilities services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Excellent safeguarding and risk management abilities.

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing care provider for a Registered Manager to lead a newly established residential service in Wolverhampton. Opened earlier this year, the service supports 8 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive residential environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader to shape the culture, quality, and future success of a developing service while working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As Registered Manager, you will:

Requirements

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager or Deputy Manager within Learning Disabilities services

• Experience supporting adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care

Desirable

• Current or previous CQC Registration
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
• Experience managing a new or developing service
