Brook Street is recruiting for a CQC Registered Manager to lead a newly established residential service in Wolverhampton. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will drive quality, compliance, staff development and service improvement while building strong partnerships with residents, families and professionals. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or similar in Learning Disabilities services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Excellent safeguarding and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the service.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, manage, develop and retain a high-performing staff team.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding practices.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and training compliance.
• Build strong relationships with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor service performance and maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure safe medication management and health & safety compliance.
• Promote a positive, person-centred culture throughout the service.
