A leading care provider in Croydon is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead the domiciliary care service. Candidates will need a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care Leadership or a current NMC registered nurse pin. Strong leadership and knowledge of CQC regulations are essential. This is a full-time office-based role with a competitive salary range of £42,000 to £50,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years post-qualification management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspections and maintaining / raising quality ratings.
• Ability to manage and inspire large teams with fairness and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operational delivery of the domiciliary care service.
• Oversee care-planning, risk management and quality assurance.
• Manage and support staff through supervision, training, and coaching.
