Are you an experienced clinical leader ready to shape the future of complex care in the community? UK Phoenix Healthcare is looking for a passionate, driven, and skilledClinical Registered Managerto oversee our specialist community-based services. If you have a strong clinical background, CQC management experience, and a heart for personalised care — we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

As our CQC Registered Manager, you will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex needs in their own homes. This includes tracheostomy and ventilator care, enteral feeding, neurological conditions, spinal injuries, and palliative support. You’ll work closely with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals to ensure our care makes a meaningful difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensuring CQC compliance and delivering safe, effective care
• Leading and mentoring a team of Nurses, Care Coordinators, and Support Workers
• Overseeing care plans, clinical assessments, and risk management
• Building trusted partnerships with CHC teams, case managers, and GPs
• Embedding a strong culture of clinical governance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC Registered Nurse (Adult/Children’s/Learning Disabilities)
• 2+ years’ management experience in community-based complex care
• Direct experience supporting clients with tracheostomies, ventilation, or high-level clinical needs
• Demonstrable experience navigating CQC inspections and compliance
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, mental capacity, and duty of candour

Bonus Points For:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Previous registration as a CQC Registered Manager
• Experience working with CHC bodies and case managers
