As a Senior Staff CPU Verification Engineer, you will work hands-on and contribute across the Verification team, possibly in a lead role or as a key contributor in one of the core functions needed for CPU/IP Verification. You will take ownership and drive verification methodologies to ensure high-quality deliveries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established semiconductor company in the vibrant city of Bristol. Bristol, located in the southwest of England along the River Avon, boasts a rich maritime history. Its former port area, the Harbourside, is now a cultural hub with museums, restaurants, shops, and cultural institutions.

Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Deep understanding of CPU architectures is an advantage
• Expertise in hardware verification languages such as SystemVerilog, UVM, and SVAs
• Knowledge of verification platform and framework development, RTL and Gate level functional verification
• Proven experience in IP/Sub-System/SoC verification, including delivering to metric targets
• Experience with assembly language development and software development tools
• Proficiency in C/C++ (modern C++11/14), SystemC TLM, Perl, and Python
